1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, features, and functionalities offered by je772, including but not limited to the online casino, sports betting, live dealer games, VIP program, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support. They apply to all players accessing je772 from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which the platform is available.

je772 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Effective Date" shown in the page header indicates the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the je772 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version governs in all cases. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

je772 operates as a platform for entertainment purposes. je772 does not represent or warrant that gambling is legal in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the je772 platform complies with the laws applicable in their location. je772 will not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the je772 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible at je772.com.
• "Account" means the personal player account created by a registered user on the je772 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a player's je772 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to an Account by je772.
• "Real Funds" means deposits made by the player directly from their own financial accounts via an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a player may process their first withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Section 6 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the je772 Platform.

1.2 Governing Language

All communications between je772 and players — including support interactions, promotional notifications, and account-related correspondence — are conducted in English. Players are expected to communicate with je772 support staff in English. je772 does not accept legal notices or formal complaints submitted in any language other than English.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the je772 Platform is strictly limited to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active je772 Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. je772 operates a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the je772 Platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, cheating, or self-exclusion.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of je772 or any of its affiliated companies or software partners.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.

je772 employs automated and manual age-verification checks at multiple stages of the player lifecycle, including at the point of first withdrawal. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player does not meet the age requirement, je772 reserves the right to suspend the Account pending KYC completion. If KYC confirms the player is under 18, the Account will be permanently closed and any balance will be returned to the verified deposit source after deduction of any bonus funds utilised.

Underage gambling is a serious matter. If you are aware of a minor who has gained access to the je772 Platform, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that we may take prompt protective action.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money features of the je772 Platform, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and for notifying je772 promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one je772 Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, je772 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void any pending or historical bets placed from those Accounts, and permanently forfeit any balances held therein. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate Account should contact support immediately to resolve the situation before any sanctions are applied.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your je772 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. je772 will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel. All activity carried out from your Account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify je772 support immediately so that the Account can be secured.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, je772 requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — either your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. Additional documentation, such as proof of address or source of funds, may be requested in certain circumstances at je772's discretion. KYC submissions are reviewed within one to three business days. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state. je772 reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including deposit and wagering rights — pending KYC completion in cases where identity verification is deemed urgent.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the je772 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). je772 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform. The following provisions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

je772 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors. je772 will provide reasonable advance notice of any material change to the approved payment method list where possible.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no upper deposit limit for standard Accounts; however, VIP-tier limits may differ.
• Deposits are credited to the je772 Wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, players should contact support with their transaction reference number.
• je772 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are outside je772's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. je772 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• Completed KYC is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is finalised.
• je772 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times for bank transfer methods may extend to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• je772 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request that triggers an automated risk flag. Such checks may extend the processing time by up to five business days.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Funds and winnings generated after meeting applicable Wagering Requirements may be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

je772 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the general and specific conditions described in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific terms page and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds, which are held separately in the player's Wallet and are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds.
• Wagering Requirements are specified in the terms accompanying each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the default Wagering Requirement on all bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically without notice.
• je772 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's Account, that specific bonus will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time it was credited.
• Players may opt out of receiving promotional bonuses at any time by contacting je772 support. Opting out of bonuses does not affect Real Funds balances or gameplay entitlements.
• je772 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount arising from any single promotional bonus offer. Where a cap applies, it will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who create and verify a je772 Account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the Platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Misuse of the welcome offer — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim it multiple times — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5.3 VIP Program Bonuses

Players enrolled in the je772 Black Diamond VIP program receive bonuses and benefits that are supplementary to and governed by the general bonus conditions in these Terms. VIP-tier bonuses, cashback rates, and withdrawal priority timelines are communicated directly to VIP members by their account manager or via the VIP portal within their je772 Account dashboard. je772 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits with reasonable notice to affected members.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the je772 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with fair play. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits or any other financial transactions on the Platform.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was genuinely made by you and used on the Platform. Accounts linked to chargeback fraud will be suspended and the disputed amount will be pursued by je772 through appropriate legal channels.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including but not limited to low-risk bonus hedging, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing information about live game states, coordinating bets to reduce house edge, or any form of team play in individual-player game formats.
• Money Laundering: Using the je772 Platform as a vehicle for laundering, disguising, or transferring proceeds of crime. je772 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in relation to any suspected money laundering activity.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or latency in the Platform to generate outcomes or gains that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through technical exploitation are void and will be confiscated.
• Offensive Communication: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language toward je772 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

je772 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to confirmed Prohibited Conduct: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and initiating civil or criminal legal proceedings where applicable.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your je772 Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closure is processed, any remaining Real Funds balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened at je772's discretion following a cooling-off period, subject to identity verification.

7.2 Closure by je772

je772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if: the Account holder is found to have violated these Terms; je772 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; the Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months; or je772 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority. In cases of suspension or closure due to Prohibited Conduct, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. je772 will attempt to notify the Account holder via registered email or SMS prior to applying any dormant account fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from dormant Account balances until either the balance reaches zero or the Account holder reactivates the Account by logging in and completing a transaction. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be permanently closed without further notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, je772, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the je772 Platform, whether such losses are direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the je772 Platform or any of its services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance activity, third-party service disruption, force majeure, or any other factor beyond je772's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game payout percentages, or promotional details.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the Platform. je772 provides a gambling entertainment service; outcomes are determined by chance and certified RNG or live dealer mechanics. je772 does not guarantee any particular outcome or financial return from gambling.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit je772's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, je772 is found liable to you for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of je772 to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by you into your je772 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
